This is my first time at this hotel, I notice the following: Perfect stay, good location, delicious room service, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, fast check in and check out, and the perfumes store near to the entrance is a heart taking, can’t ask for more

A modern hotel with exquisite facilities, sometimes too much and overdone. The simplest things matter the most - and this hotel lacks that a little. Charging £8 for a cup of coffee, I was astonished! Yes; inflation has emerged, but no one should be paying EIGHT POUNDS for a cup of coffee. A few staff members really made my stay pleasant. Furkan at concierge was incredible from day one to day five, with his invaluable advice, tips and banter. Also hats off to the breakfast staff. You are all wonderful.

This is an honest review of the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul hotel based on our experience. Our 5-night stay at this hotel was fabulous. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I was so enjoying myself that I didn’t even think of pictures. The staff at this hotel are Michelin star worthy. Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were heavenly, and the bathroom had all the amenities that you can possibly need. Our room was on the seventh floor, so the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was nice and clean. The women’s locker/changing area was First class. There was a sauna, a steam room, an experience shower, Complementary bathrobes and slippers to name a few. You could spend all day and that area and feel inwardly pampered. There were even marble chairs to sit and relax, while you sip on the infused water. Super cool and highly recommend you take an Afternoon to spend at the pool, Sauna, and steam room. The location of the hotel is not in a tourist area but it is very close to Taksim Square. We used the public transportation system and it was an amazing experience. Definitely crowded but once you get over that, you’ll realize it’s actually very clean, safe, cheap and very efficient. The Metro was super close to the hotel we enjoyed the walk. Our stay included daily breakfast. I’m so glad we paid a little extra to include breakfast with our stay- so worth the money. They had a breakfast buffet like no other. An abundance choice of breads from croissants, to different sliced breads, bread rolls, pastry rolls, börek filled with cheese or spinach and cheese, simit (Turkish bagel) to name a few. You had your choices of olives, cured meats (mortadella -beef, turkey or chicken), vegetables to make a salad, little Turkish kibbeh, and several cheese choices. The hot bar contained waffles, pancakes, crêpes, potatoes, Steamed vegetables, vegetable au gratin, beef or chicken sausages and eggs made to order (Think, omelette, scrambled eggs, etc.). The eggs you ordered through the servers to make your Breakfast more enjoyable. Fresh squeezed orange juice to drink or carrot juice or mix, coffee, either Turkish or American, Turkish, tea, cappuccino latte, etc. were available as beverage options all included in the price. Needless to say this breakfast was amazing. The variety was great, and in my opinion will accommodate the pallet of so many. The breakfast service staff were amazing! They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They ensured your every need is taken care of and catered to. So a big thank you to Emre, Tangu, Burcu, Ramazan, and especially Ahmet!!! You made our breakfast so enjoyable and you would be the reason why I would go out of my way to come back and have breakfast at your hotel. Fairmont should be very grateful to such staff. Last, but certainly not least the concierge Service. Again, Michelin star worthy. Ali, thank you so much for all your recommendations as far as places to eat spot on. We enjoyed your friendly service so much and we thank you. Ozan Guner, words cannot convey how grateful we are for all the advice and recommendations you provided. Thank you for all your help with navigating the Metro system. We loved the experience it provided. You certainly gave us the homie adventure that we were definitely looking for. You provided outstanding concierge service every day and you always had a smile on your face, no matter how odd the question or request were! Your services rivaled five star hotels and in my humble opinion, it was far better. Fairmont is truly lucky to have you as their employee. It’s because of employees like you that make customers want to come back time and time again. You helped us navigate Istanbul like some of the locals and we truly appreciated that. Thank you for making all the arrangements that we needed, including the amazing hammam! I highly recommend staying at this hotel despite the location not being in a touristy area. The hotel is close to the metro and if you’re brave enough to take on that adventure, try it.

Fairmont Quasar is one of the best hotel in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like their breakfast.Foods are fresh and tasty. The service also the best.Ramazan the best person who is very friendly and serve good. He is the one of the best in his work.
